content & structure
The elements on which the training is based are amongst others 'theory U', horizontal & vertical consciousness, as well as scientific knowledge about heart coherence and quantum physics.
Using the manifestation wheel you will be taken along step by step in forming a vision and implementing it.
Structure

Online intake (max. 45 minutes)
The first three days are consecutive with two overnight stays:
Day 1 - Visionary leadership & reflecting on your current role as a leader (3 dd)
Day 2 - Inner knowing & working from full potential (2 dd)
Day 3 - Translation to practice (2 dd)
In between - 1,5 hours of individual coaching for maximum translation into practice.

Follow-up day - Creating maximum impact in practice (2 dd)
